Hi All,
This is December and I do not have any chance to attend any conferences this year anymore, So, thought of writing a short summary on the chances of being part of the various conferences this year 2014.
I was lucky/fortunate to attend some of the major Oracle User group events this year 2014 and below is the summary of my experience.
1) OTNYathra 2014 (FEB, 2014)- OTNYathra is a magnificent event conceived and well executed at multiple venues across the India (Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Chennai), Famous Speakers :- Hans Forbrich, Murali Vallath, Debra Lilley, Tim Hall, Satyendra, Sai Janakiram, Nassyam Basha & Y.V Ravi Kumar.
I was lucky enough to get an opportunity to speak on topic " Oracle Real Application Clusters System Tests With Demo" in Bangalore and as a volunteer for the RAC 'n' Roll hands-on lab session in Mumbai.
Many thanks to the AIOUG team
2) SANGAM 14 (NOV, 2014)- "SANGAM" has established itself as a new brand of Oracle user group event across the Oracle Technology Network and its sixth edition was conducted from Nov 8th - 10th 2014, in Bangalore. SANGAM 14 had a great lines of speakers like Tom Kyte, Maria Colgan, Kuassi Mensah, Jim Viscusi, Syed Jaffer Hussain, Aman Sharma, Nassyam Basha & YV Ravikumar. Also, many new speakers. I also had an opportunity to speak on topic "Crack The Complexity Of Oracle Applications R12 Workload"
This was as usual a fantastic conference of knowledge, meeting, networking and fun. The conference with many technology sessions ended with a spendid motivational speech by Dr. Rajdeep Manwani.
Many thanks to the AIOUG team who work tirelessly to conduct this large event every year successfully and giving me an opportunity to contribute.
3) OTN APAC Tour 2014 (NOV, 2014) - This tour organized by Oracle ACE Director Francisco Munoz Alvarez, the OTN APAC Tour spans across New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Thailand and many Oracle ACE Directors (Tim Hall , Edward Roske, Daniel Morgan, Joel Perez) were part of this tour at various venues and I was lucky to be part of its Bangkok leg,
Many thanks to Francisco Munoz Alvarez & Oracle User Group in Thailand for giving me an opportunity for speaking on the topic "How Oracle 12c Flexes Its Muscles Against Oracle 11gR2"
4) UKOUG APPS14 (DEC, 2014) - Speaking at UKOUG was my last fantastic experience of this year, Had a great experience with many Oracle APPS & Tech sessions, The three day conference was full of knowledge sharing, networking & Socials. It was very difficult choosing on the sessions to attend, Since many were conflicting, But, I was particularly concentrating on few APEX sessions on Oracle Applications Extension Using APEX and the Willwood roundtable session on Oracle Applications, Met many Oracle Product Managers & Application Strategists including Kevin Hudson (R12.2 Online Patching Architect).
Debra Lilley & Nicole Johanson organized a wonderful ACE Dinner and had an opportunity to meet a bunch or Oracle ACEs together.

By god's grace hope to get more opportunities to get more knowledge from the experts.
HAPPY LEARNING, AS ALWAYS!!
